SpaBalancer pH-Minus liquid - 1 liter

SpaBalancer pH-Minus is a pH reducer with quadruple effect, which was developed especially for whirlpools to easily lower the PH value of the whirlpool.

• Lowers the pH value and is very easy to dose due to its liquid form.
• Calcium and magnesium contained in the water are converted to water-soluble salts, which reduces the risk of limestone formation.
• Existing limescale deposits in pipes and on heating elements are dissolved. Significantly reduces the risk of biofilm formation. Lime on heating elements increases power consumption and shortens the life of the heater.
• Metals contained in the water, such as iron and copper, are converted into filterable substances. This reduces the risk of clouding or discoloration of the water.

Application:
Since the lowering of the pH value depends on the alkalinity of the water, and larger quantities of the pH reducer are required in the case of high alkalinity, no fixed dosage information can be given.
Measure the pH value of the water. Then add approx. 50ml of pH-Minus per 1,000 liters of water content to the spa. The pumps should run until everything is well mixed. After 20 minutes the pH value can be measured again. From the difference, you can estimate approximately how much pH reducer is still needed. The pH value should be between 6.8 and maximum 7.8. The optimum would be between 7.2 and 7.6.

In the first few days / weeks, the pH value will rise again and again due to the escape of carbonic acid. Therefore, the pH value should be measured regularly and lowered if necessary.
