With these products you are well prepared for everything. You will have water as fresh as a mountain stream. The weekly maintenance effort is only 5 minutes. You will no longer need to shower off after the whirlpool bath to get rid of the chlorine smell. You don't need to put on lotion after the bathing fun. Even people with neurodermatitis or simply sensitive skin can now enjoy their whirlpool bathing fun again without any worries.

Water care with SpaBalancer

Refilling

1. After refilling, first fill in SpaBalancer SoftWater.
2. Optional: If the water is very hard, it is recommended to fill it additionally with SpaBalancer SoftWater Filter.
3. Then fill SpaBalancer and Ultrashock according to the table (day 1 Ultrashock, day 2 SpaBalancer), see under "Downloads" - "Water care instructions"

Do not fill SpaBalancer and Ultrashock together. Always add Ultrashock on the first day and SpaBalancer one day later. When SpaBalancer is added, the water may become cloudy. This cloudiness usually disappears the next day. 

Durability
Ultrashock should always be stored vertically, not horizontally! Never buy in stock, as Ultrashock has a limited shelf life (max. 1 year shelf life). It loses approx. 8 to 10% of its effectiveness per month. It should be stored in a cool, dark place. The specified quantities should then be increased to compensate for the decreasing effectiveness after the expiry date. 

Filter cleaning

The filters should be cleaned twice a week for the first two weeks. Thereafter as needed. However, at least every two weeks. You will need a second filter to change.

1. Place the filter in a suitable container and insert the replacement filter into the pool.
2. pour 50 ml SpaBalancer FilterClean Natural into the hot water (approx. 55°C). The filter must be completely covered by the water.
3. Leave the filter in the cleaning solution for at least 12 hours (preferably overnight).
4. Rinse the filter thoroughly. Any residual filter cleaner may cause foaming in the spa.
5. Finally, allow the filter to dry and store until the next filter change.
   Optional: For an even more intensive cleaning, soak the filter overnight in a bucket with 10 liters of water and 20 ml UltraShock. This will make the filter even whiter and remove the last remaining biofilm.
