In our showroom in Rotkreuz we offer the following services:

Click & Collect Simply order online and pick up on site at Shorwoom & pay (cash, TWINT, EC- or credit card)
Return in Shop Bring your returns directly back to our showroom and save on shipping costs. Do you want to exchange your product? Then we will gladly offset the new with your previous order.
Do you need help choosing the right product? Inform and compare our products on site and get expert advice and thus benefit from our many years of experience.
Arrange a non-binding consultation with us and test our whirlpools, swim spas, infrared cabins, steam showers directly on site (checkroom and shower available).

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot pick out spare parts for you in the showroom based on an example you bring with you. Therefore, please search in advance in the online store for the appropriate parts. If this is not possible and you need the assistance of a technician, we will have to charge you for the effort involved.
