How Does an Infrared Cabin Work and What Are Its Benefits?

Unlike a sauna, where heat is generated by hot ambient air, the warmth from an infrared cabin affects the body through direct infrared radiation, without harmful UV rays. The heat works from the inside out, unlike in a sauna, where it works from the outside in. As a result, the warmth is felt at a distance.
