Granules for correcting an unstable pH due to low alkalinity / carbonate hardness

Alka-Plus increases the alkalinity (TA) of your spa water. A TA value that is too low can cause strong pH fluctuations, making adjustment difficult. Additionally, the water may become corrosive and damage surfaces such as the spa shell. This product is a concentrated granulate containing sodium bicarbonate.

Usage recommendation

Check the alkalinity at least once a week. If necessary, adjust the value to the ideal range of 80-120 mg/L.

Instructions for use

  • Use a suitable container.
    Important: The container should only be used for this purpose to avoid any chemical reaction.
  • Add the appropriate amount of Alka-Plus granules to the container.
  • Fill the container with a little water to dissolve the granules.
  • Distribute the resulting solution evenly over the entire water surface of your spa while the pump is running.
