Product information "hth Super Winterprotect foam-free wintering agent - 1 liter"

The hth® Super Winterprotect winter preserver is foam-free and protects the water of your swimming pool during the cold months.

The winter preserver prevents lime deposits and at the same time fights algae and harmful fungi. 

Hth® Super Winterprotect is also compatible with salt electrolysis systems.

Content: 1 liter

Application

Warnings:
Do not mix with other chemicals. Never dilute before use.

Preparation

  • Make sure that the circulation is in operation.
  • Thoroughly clean the pool with a vacuum cleaner or vacuum broom.
  • Adjust the pH value between 7.0 and 7.4.
  • Carry out shock chlorination (according to the instructions of the respective product)

Change over to winter storage

  • Close surface suction valves so that suction is only through the floor drain.
  • Make sure that the circulation is in operation.
  • Empty the basin up to the circulation nozzles.
  • Dosage: 300ml per 10m3
  • Distribute the product as close as possible to the water, opposite the circulation nozzles.
  • The circulation should remain in operation for 2 hours.
  • Protect the pool and pipes from frost (ice pressure pads and skimmer protection).
  • Turn off the circulation.
  • If necessary, secure the filter system against frost.
  • It is not recommended to start the wintering measures if the water temperature exceeds 15°C.

Attention 

  • The product must not be put on the water surface or into the water in the presence of bathers.
  • Store the product in a dry and well ventilated room, at a maximum average temperature not exceeding 35°C.
