High End Pool Heat Exchanger Titanium Pahlen

This Pahlén Hi-Flow heat exchanger Titan is a pool heat exchanger with excellent heat transfer capabilities. It is intended for pool / swimming pools and other installations such as swimming ponds that require maximum performance together with a low pressure drop.
Titan has a very high corrosion resistance and is therefore most suitable for pool and swimming pools with aggressive salt water or chlorinated water.

This titanium heat exchanger is very light and compact with a welded shell and tube system for the heat transfer medium. These titanium heat exchangers can be easily installed with geothermal heat pumps boilers, air source heat pumps, solar panels or other
heat sources.

Stainless steel adjustable brackets are included.

Maximum pressure: primary side (hot water) 30 bar - secondary side (pool water) 5 bar

Capacity at a temperature difference of 60°C for 11332 and 11333. Capacity at a temperature difference of 70°C for 11334.

Install the heat exchanger according to the sketch below.
If the heat exchanger is installed above the water level, the pipes should be placed in a loop
to prevent the heat exchanger from self-draining.
To avoid corrosion, the addition of chlorine, acids or similar chemical additives must be done behind the heat-
exchanger.
If the pool circulation stops or is stopped, the circulation pump must also be switched off.
If there is a danger of frost, or if the pool is closed in winter or for more than 1 month, the water must be completely drained from
the heat exchanger.
The following limits must not be exceeded:
Chlorine content: max 3 mg/l (ppm)
pH value: 7,2-7,6
Alkalinity: 60-120 mg/l (ppm)
Calcium hardness: 100-300 mg/l (ppm)
Maximum temperature: 130°C
Maximum pressure: Primary 30 bar, Secondary 8 bar
