INTENDED USE:

• For bonding thermoplastic PVC pressure piping systems such as those installed in pools, whirlpools or swim spas
• Also suitable for unpressurized piping systems such as pool drainage or suction
• Also suitable as a structural adhesive with PVC sheet material such as enclosure boxes or catch basins

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES:

• Due to the low flow value a very good gap bridging behavior, thus great safety against leakage
• Long open working time of up to 3 minutes facilitates bonding
• For pipes up to max. 90mm diameter

• The adhesive joints are resistant to the water care products used in pool applications 

DIRECTIONS FORUSE:

1. Cut the PVC pipe at a right angle and then slightly bevel and deburr the outside (15°) . 
2. Pre-clean and dry the surfaces to be glued.
3. Mark the pipe penetration depth on the pipe ends.
4. Apply Tangit Cleaner to an absorbent paper towel to thoroughly clean the dry bonding surface.
5. Apply adhesive to both bonding parts and spread lengthwise with a brush (molded part thin, pipe end thicker).
6. Join the pipe and the shaped part without tilting and twisting within the open time (3 min.) and hold for a few seconds.
7. Do not load the glued joint for at least 5 minutes.
8. Waiting time before starting the pool: 24h.
