White foam on the water in the hot tub

I have decided,after I had in the last year always problems with the water quality in my hot tub ,für Spa Balancer.
In the first 6 weeks, the water was clear as promised spring water. I change the filter wöchentlich and also clean the edge and the cover with cleaners from your range. Now is since 10 days a foam formation when "pooling" to bemängeln.Es is a soft white foam which does not develop any odor.The water is also verhältnismässig quickly clear again after turning off the jets. PH-Ca. are also ok.What can this be? Does SPA Balancer not work reliably here? How do I get rid of the foam? Change the filter just every 2 days, SPA Balancer always 75 ml wchtl. Können you help me here?

I can try to approach the problem.

1) Were the filters thoroughly auspült after cleaning? It would be best to put them in a chlorine solution for another night.
2) Have new filters been inserted? Sometimes brand-new filters schäumen.
3) Were you in the hot tub with bathing suits? (Leftovers from the fabric softener and detergent)
4) Do you take fragrances that can cause shaming?
5) Has anyone gone into the hot tub with sunscreen or greasy soap or shampoo on their skin? Use an absorbent sponge like Dirty Duck or Spa Disc.
6) You write. You clean the edge with cleaners from our program. Do you mean CitraBright? If you take CitraBright, then you should not spray the agent on the edge of the bathühen. There is then too much Citrabright and it will leak into the spa water and cause damage. Citrabright is foam reduced but not foam free. Take a microfiber cloth, wet it and spray Citrabright on the microfiber cloth. Then use it to wipe the edge. This works perfectly, saves your wallet and prevents a strong Schäumen.

It could also be that your water is very soft. If the water is very soft, then schäumt "only" the injected air. You write that the foam does not smell and disappears immediately. This would indicate very soft water. In this case, you need to do nothing.
In all other cases, you can make a shock chlorination. This would very quickly oxidize any introduced substances. Add 4 tablespoons of inorganic unstabilized chlorine (calcium hypochlorite granules) to the water. The next day the chlorine should be completely gone. After the chlorine has completely dissolved, you can continue as usual with SpaBalancer.
