How do I proceed if SpaBalancer does not work correctly at the beginning?

It is common, especially with new spas, for oil or wax coatings to come off on the new tubing. Therefore, a basic cleaning of the hot tub, or the pipes of the hot tub may be necessary for old as well as new hot tubs. The residues as well as glue residues of solvents are rinsed out. In the factory, new pipes are tested for tightness with water. This water is usually old, repeatedly used as well as contaminated water. When the whirlpool water is drained, up to 50 liters of water remain in the pipes. This water is often still weeks to months in the whirlpool, until this arrives at the end customer.

In old whirlpools, biofilm builds up on the pipe walls over time, which is resistant to disinfectants such as chlorine. Now, to remove this dirt from the piping, we recommend that you give the spa a basic cleaning.

Which care product do I use best?

SpaBalancer System Flush (1 bottle is enough for a spa with 1'500 lt. water capacity)

Removes oils and greases
Removes calcium deposits that have formed
Removes biofilm very aggressively and quickly
It is a biocide, therefore kills bacteria and germs

Application

Remove the filter
Shake bottle well before use
Run all pumps and add 1 bottle of SpaBalancer System Flush at the same time
Application time: 1 night
The next day, run pumps again for 20 minutes
Drain the spa
Now thoroughly flush the plumbing above the jets with a garden hose
Refill the spa

After this application, you should dissolve 5-6 tablespoons of Chlor C (Chlorin Powerperls) well in a container and pour the dissolved chlorine into the center of the spa. Run the spa's jet pumps for a few minutes. For the chlorine C to work, we recommend a soak time of 1 night. After that you should empty the hot tub and fill it again. Thus, your hot tub is then decontaminated and thoroughly cleaned.
