SpaBalancer reference, Whirlpool Modulan from Trier

We have been using Spa Balancer for about 1.5 years. Before that we were chlorinating. Despite a very good water quality here in the Trier area, the adjustment turned out to be quite difficult (PH value raise and lower), also we found the chlorine smell on the skin quite unpleasant. The skin also felt very exhausted after whirling. The chlorinated water also had to be replaced every 3 months, because it turned greenish despite chlorine.

Initially, we were also very skeptical about Spa Balancer, have checked the water values every 2-3 days- but it never had to add a PH agent or anything else. The skin feels very pleasant after bathing. It is a great product, which at first glance seems quite expensive, but if you compare the price of the chemistry and the amount of work with chlorine, the price is relativized very quickly, and in addition, the skin feels very pleasant. The water is now already 5 months in the pool and still very soft and pleasant.

Our hot tub is the model Taumaus (Nautilus series) from the company Modulan. In this regard, I still express my special thanks. Unfortunately, the company Modulan is bankrupt and has not carried out the warranty claims of various defects in the pool. When the heater broke down last winter, they helped us very helpfully and unselfishly - thank you very much for this service. Should we sometime acquire a new pool, we know where to look first.
