Chlorine-free water care SpaBalancer - Whirlpool CalSpa from Oberdorf - Switzerland

I am happy to briefly summarize our ordeal again.
In May 2008, we got our CalSpa -Pool with ozonator. For 2 years I struggled with the water quality. Active oxygen, biguanide and finally bromine+ active oxygen. Always after about 4 weeks the water became cloudy, started to smell musty. Chlorine shock, drain water, clean pool and refill.
More and more such broadband noodle-like things floated in the water - even right after refilling.
I was really desperate, the joy of the pool was over - I was ready to give it back.
Randomly, I read about SpaBalancer. Very skeptical, I had a bottle come to me, really as a last attempt.
Promptly delivered and I was also fully advised.
This time, a bottle of Jet Cleaner Leisure Spa was added to the dirty water. Left to soak overnight. The morning after, our pool looked like an oversized pan of wide noodles. We drained the water, cleaned the pool thoroughly and refilled it. Now 125ml of SpaBalancer went into the water - and nothing else.
The other morning I hardly dared to lift the cover. But what a surprise - the water was clear and smelled very fresh.
Now we are 5 weeks older. Still the water is clear, smells nice and fresh and feels like it has just been refilled. With all the chemicals we had to add before, the water was "dead" after a short time.
Since the pipes in our pool probably got very dirty over time, the first 2 weeks I had to clean the filters in the morning and evening, because they were always clogged with these biofilm noodles. Even now I still change the filters 2 times a week, because again and again such things are flushed out of the lines. But it becomes noticeably less and the water remains clear and fresh.
We are absolutely thrilled with SpaBalancer. (As you can see also our dog, since I now have more time for him again!)
The objection that SpaBalancer is too expensive, I can not sign. All the chemistry, the time spent and not least the constant refilling and heating of the water came us much more expensive to stand.
We will continue to recommend SpaBalancer!

Addendum:
We were on vacation for 3 weeks and had no one to take care of our pool during that time. I set the temperature to 25 degrees and gave 100ml SpaBalancer in the water.
Somewhat skeptical, I opened the cover after the vacation and was again very pleasantly surprised. The water clear and pleasantly fresh smelling. I can only say; simply fantastic!!!!!
