SpaBalancer in an outdoor Jacuzzi Medea Spa Bali-Sky

For almost 1.5 years now we have our beautifulönen hot tub (indoor) which we usually enjoy 2-3 times a week. At the beginning we have the whirlpool with active oxygen operated because chlorine, because of an allergy of mine was out of the question.

After a short time, however, my wife got problems with the active oxygen. Furthermore, after a few months, our water began to smell unpleasant and the cover became greasy. We have then drained our water the whirlpool cleaned and searched the Internet for the causes or Lösungen.

On their homepage we became fündig. After a nice phone call with them, we gave it a try and tried SpaBalancer. Refilled the spa and used SpaBalancer according to the instructions. In the beginning we had to clean the filter every week because of lime deposits. After a few weeks, however, the filter was changed every 14 days and the dose of SpaBalancer could be reduced. The water is now for more than one ¾ year still TIP TOP, very soft and completely odorless, PH value always at 7.2-7.4. Also on the cover are no more deposits. There are no incompatibilities and the handling is very easy. We are enthusiastic about SpaBalancer and can only recommend this product. The objection that SpaBalancer is too expensive, we can not confirm, because we only need one agent.

Further we use only the SpabalacerFilter cleaner.  We will continue to use SpaBalancer and can definitely recommend it!
