Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
For a year we are happy hot tub owners. However, we had big problems with water disinfection in the beginning. We tried oxygen and chlorine, but were not very satisfied with either option. The water quality was very different, often the water smelled unpleasant, the PH value fluctuated constantly. Then we came across the Spa Balancer on the Internet and read the many experience reports with amazement and skepticism. Curiosity won out and we tried the Spa Balancer. Now we have been using Spa Balancer for 8 months (no water changes so far) and are very satisfied with it. Add Spa Balancer weekly to the water and change/clean the filter (this is very important!) and you have no more problems. Only joy in the hot tub!
