Can I combine SpaBalancer with other cleaning agents?

You cannot combine SpaBalancer with other cleaning agents. SpaBalancer will identify any other agent in the water as a foreign substance and encapsulate it. During this process, SpaBalancer also needs itself. In this respect, the use of other cleaning agents is also counterproductive.
If you have dropped the famous glass of red wine in the spa and you want to get the water clear again quickly, you can perform a shock chlorination with four tablespoons of inorganic calcium hypochlorite granules 70%. When the chlorine has dissipated after two to three days, you can continue with SpaBalancer.
You can also adjust the pH with the appropriate agents.
