Custom made insulating cover suitable for your whirlpool - made in Europe.

For further processing we ask you to send us the form completely filled out and signed by e-mail to info(at)top-whirlpool.ch or by mail. There are no bonus points on this article, because it is not ordered online, but by means of a form. 

The prices refer to the type of whirlpool cover, e.g. "Classic", "Deluxe", "Ultimate" etc. and are fixed prices. If the cover area is larger than ^6m2, the price must be requested, as it is no longer a standard size.

Delivery time

The delivery time is at least 15 weeks

The insulating covers can not be returned or exchanged, because they are made to measure.

Sufficient insulation of the spa is very important to keep the energy consumption low. Approximately 80% of the heat loss from a spa occurs at the insulation cover. As a standard, every insulating cover comes with an energy and heat reflecting underside.

We offer four different thicknesses:

1)  Whirlpool Cover type "Classic" 

Classification: Good - Suitable for installation in the house, in the winter garden, under closed roofings and for not so cold areas.

Thickness a = 10 cm

Thickness b = 7 cm

4 fastening straps, 2 handles

2)  Whirlpool cover type "DeLuxe

Classification: Better - Suitable for outdoor installation 

Thickness a = 12 cm

Thickness b = 8 cm

4 fastening straps, 2 handles

3)  Whirlpool Cover Type "Ultimate 

Classification: Best - Suitable for outdoor installation. Ideal for high snow load in the mountains 

Thickness a = 15 cm

Thickness b = 12 cm

Each insulation cover is manufactured individually for you in Europe. Therefore you have to determine the basic shape of your insulating cover and measure and specify the mass. Tips for this you will find under Downloads

Handles

All our covers are now equipped with handles as standard.

Fastening

As a standard, our insulated covers are equipped with fastening straps to protect them from wind and unauthorized hot tub use. Four snap locks are attached to the straps and the corresponding counterparts are supplied. If you do not wish to have fastening straps, please check the appropriate box on the order form.

When ordering a new cover, the distance of the fastening bands is required (center band to center band).

Coverlifter

To make it easier for you to open your insulation cover, we recommend using one of our Coverlifter. The Coverlifter not only makes it easier for you to open the cover, but also extends its service life by reducing the load on the insulating cover. The cover lifters are adjustable in size and therefore fit all whirlpools.

Spa Cap and Spa Mack/Jacket

The protective covers are elastic, prevent the wind from carrying away valuable heat and protect your insulated cover from environmental influences such as snow, rain and UV light.

Spa Cap: 2 different sizes
213 cm x 213 cm or 243 cm x 243 cm, both have a skirt height of 30 cm

Spa Cap round: 213 cm (diameter) x 30 cm (apron height)

Spa Mack/Jacket: 2 different sizes

213 cm x 213 cm or 243 cm x 243 cm, both have an apron height of 96.5 cm

Thermal Blanket: 

The Thermal Blanket is a thermal foam tarp (243 cm x 243 cm), with a thickness of 6mm, which can be adjusted to the inside shape of the spa by cutting it to size. This thermal foam sheet rests on the water, preventing the condensation of the water and the consequent loss of heat.
