Der Kundenservice war vom ersten Moment an super. Mein Frau und ich wurden nicht nur freundlich und kompetent beraten, sondern auch beim Thema Wasserpflege detailliert und verständlich instruiert – ein Punkt, der uns besonders wichtig war. Ein weiteres Highlight war die persönliche Beratung im Showroom: Herr Wagner nahm sich viel Zeit für uns, beantworteten alle Fragen geduldig und zeigten uns die Unterschiede der Modelle im Detail. Das Probenbaden hat schlussendlich den Ausschlag gegeben – hier konnten wir spüren, wie hochwertig die Massageleistung und der Komfort bei den Hydropools wirklich ist.
