Prices refer to the type of hot tub cover, e.g., "Classic," "Deluxe," "Ultimate," etc., and are fixed prices. If at least one side exceeds 243 cm, a price request is needed as it is no longer a standard size.
The insulating covers cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are custom-made.
Adequate insulation for the hot tub is very important to keep energy consumption low. Approximately 80% of heat loss in a hot tub occurs at the insulating cover. Each insulating cover includes a standard energy and heat-reflective underside.
We offer four different thickness options:
1) Whirlpool Cover Type "Classic"
Rating: Good - Suitable for indoor installation, in a sunroom, under enclosed covers, and in not-so-cold areas.
Thickness a = 10 cm
Thickness b = 7.5 cm
1.5 lb foam, 4 fastening straps, 2 handles
2) Whirlpool Cover Type "Deluxe"
Rating: Better - Suitable for outdoor installation
Thickness a = 12.5 cm
Thickness b = 7.5 cm
1.5 lb foam, 4 fastening straps, 2 handles, continuous thermal cushion
3) Whirlpool Cover Type "Ultimate"
Rating: Best quality - Suitable for outdoor installation. Ideal for high snow load in mountain areas
Thickness a = 15 cm
Thickness b = 10 cm
1.5 lb foam, 4 fastening straps, 2 handles, continuous thermal cushion
4) Whirlpool Cover Type "Walk-On Deluxe"
Walkable hot tub cover, suitable for outdoor installation. Ideal for high snow load in mountain areas
Thickness a = 12.5 cm
Thickness b = 10 cm

Each insulating cover is custom-made for you. Therefore, you must determine the basic shape of your insulating cover and measure and specify the dimensions.
Handles
All our covers are now standardly equipped with reinforced handles.
Fastenings
Our insulating covers are standardly equipped with fastenings as required by law. Each fastening has a snap lock for easy opening and closing. Four snap locks and the corresponding counter pieces are included.
Colors
Choose a color from our extensive selection. Color samples can be found in the "Surfaces & Colors" tab.
Continuous Thermal Cushion in the Middle Fold
The middle fold of an insulating cover is usually poorly insulated, as only a thin PVC layer is present. With the continuous thermal cushion on our covers, excellent insulation is provided over the entire middle fold of your hot tub cover, helping to save both energy and money.
Cover Lifter
To make opening your insulating cover easier, we recommend using one of our cover lifters. The cover lifter not only makes opening the cover easier but also extends its lifespan by reducing the strain on the insulating cover. The cover lifters are adjustable in size and fit all hot tubs.

Spa Cap and Spa Mack/Jacket
The protective covers are flexible, prevent wind from carrying away valuable warmth, and protect your insulating cover from environmental influences such as snow, rain, and UV light.
Spa Cap: 2 different sizes
213 cm x 213 cm or 243 cm x 243 cm, both have a skirt height of 30 cm
Spa Cap Round: 213 cm (Diameter) x 30 cm (Skirt Height)
Spa Mack/Jacket: 2 different sizes
213 cm x 213 cm or 243 cm x 243 cm, both with a skirt height of 96.5 cm
Thermal Blanket:
The thermal blanket is a 6mm thick thermal foam sheet (243 cm x 243 cm) that can be trimmed to fit the inner shape of the hot tub. This thermal foam sheet floats on the water to prevent water condensation and associated heat loss.
