Delivery and payment

General information

  • The minimum order value is CHF 50.- . For orders under CHF 50.-, we charge CHF 5.- minimum quantity surcharge.
  • Transport cost insurance 2.5% of the order value optionally selectable before order completion 
  • We will confirm your purchase with a separate email
  • If the invoice is sent by e-mail (as well as payment by credit card, PostFinance or TWINT), the invoice will be sent automatically as soon as the order has been processed.
  • We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Payment methods

During the ordering process you can choose from the following payment methods:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • PostFinance Card
  • PostFinance E-Finance
  • TWINT
  • Prepayment (Payable within seven days, otherwise the reserved goods will be released again.)
  • Invoice dispatch by e-mail (free of charge)
  • Payment at pick-up in the showroom Rotkreuz ZG (cash, TWINT, EC or credit card)

Shipping methods

During the ordering process you can choose from the following shipping methods:

  • Normal shipping CHF 11.- (from a value of goods of CHF 89.- free shipping)
  • Express shipping CHF 25.- (from a value of goods of CHF 89.- an express surcharge of CHF 14.- will be added)
  • Saturday delivery CHF 4.90
  • Pick-up in our showroom Rotkreuz ZG 
  • If an article you want is not currently in stock, we now offer you the possibility of a partial delivery. For a fee of CHF 11.- we will send you all articles in stock in advance and deliver the missing articles in a second delivery.
    Please note that in the case of a partial delivery of orders with hazardous goods (chemicals) or bulky goods, the shipping costs may still change subsequently.

Bulky goods (e.g. covers and cover lifters), particularly heavy items or hazardous goods

Additional shipping charges are noted with each product (they also apply if the order value exceeds CHF 89.-). 
Hazardous goods are delivered via a special transport company. The costs incurred for this are also shown with the corresponding articles.

Delivery via forwarding agency on request.

Whirlpools shipping

We deliver your whirlpool original packed free curbside.
The costs for this are a flat rate of CHF 450.-.

Shipping round swimming pool

We deliver your round swimming pool originally packed free curbside.
The costs for this are a flat rate of CHF 150.-.

Shipping heat pump

We deliver your heat pump packed free curbside.
The costs for this are a flat rate of CHF 90.-.
